Kakheti direction connects the capital of Georgia with the eastern region of the country – Kakheti. This road is important both from the tourist and trade-economic perspective.
The work on the renovation and improvement of this road started in 2021. The works are aimed at increasing the capacity of the road and ensuring safety.
After the completion of the project, travel time from Tbilisi to Kakheti tourist facilities will be much shorter and more comfortable.
