Rubric “Roads of Georgia” – preparatory works before the implementation of large-scale projects

Before the implementation of large-scale projects and during construction, various measures are taken, including environmental impact assessments, social measures, compensation, and resettlement plans. These measures address important issues such as air quality, vibration, water resources, flora and fauna, soil, geological environment, socio-economic impacts, and occupational health and safety.
Salome Tsurtsumia, the deputy chairman of the Roads Department of Georgia, discusses these topics in the rubric.
